The program is designed to provide the insight into the concept and implementation of Six Sigma. It is focussed on the implementation aspects of the initiative, common challenges and solutions to them. The program also details out the variious models of implementaton and strategies for a successful implementation. It gives a solid framework for six sigma implementation in any organization.
Basic Awareness
Six Sigma Implementation is directly linked to the employees knowledge about Six Sigma. The program intends to provide the basics of Six sigma to every employee of the organization. With the basic knowledge every employee can allign himself/herself to the common language. the same is reflected in the day to day working of the professionals
Yellow Belt
The program will enable professionals to understand problem solving using Six sigma. Participants will be able to understand the process performance levels across the processes in the organization, identify root causes of problems, analyze and improve contributing factors, and sustain gain in improvements. Yellow belt program will enable the participants to understand and use the basic tools required for improvement projects.
Green Belt
The program will enable professionals to understand problem solving using Six sigma. Participants will be able to understand the process performance levels across the processes in the organization, identify root causes of problems, analyze and improve contributing factors, and sustain gain in improvements. Green belt program will enable the participants to understand and use the advanced tools required for improvement projects. Green belts are the real execution task force for the orgnization which drives Six Sigma
Black Belt
Six Sigma needs a strong subject knowledge to drive the culture and maintain it. Black belts are the leaders who drive the six sigma culture. They are Subject Matter Experts and help the management from problem identification till resolution. They train the Yellow and Green Belts and mentor the projects for achieving the business results. Black Belts are the organization’s Six Sigma Ambassadors and create the system to ensure that the organizational culture is alligned to Six Sigma. The training includes latest statistical Tools with a lot of change managemet and leadership concepts to ensure that they deliver the desired results.
Lean Six Sigma
Lean Six Sigma is a concept combining Lean and Six Sigma that results in the elimination of the seven kinds of wastes / muda (classified as Transportation, Inventory, Motion, Waiting, Overproduction, Over-Processing, and Defects) and provision of goods and service at a rate of 3.4 defects per million opportunities (DPMO) Lean Six Sigma utilises the DMAIC phases similar to that of Six Sigma. The Lean Six Sigma projects comprise the Lean’s waste elimination projects and the Six Sigma projects based on the critical to quality characteristics. The DMAIC toolkit of Lean Six Sigma comprises all the Lean and Six Sigma tools.
